New entrance model well received at the garden fair

Van der Jeught Outside Woodworks from Adegem has started, some 20 years ago, as the sole proprietorship of Gino Van der Jeught. By now, the company has expanded into a healthy SME in West-flanders. Last year, Gino opened a new workspace with connected showroom. The flourishing business has received lots of praise with their new model of villa gates, at the last edition of Kortrijk Garden Expo.
Modern and rural in one. The new model of gate drew lots of attention during the expo. No wonder, the gate is quite the sight to behold. The woodwork is stunningly done. The gate looks modern, but still matches a more rural environment.
It’s build from small slats fixed between two columns, and equipped with a video door phone system. It’s made from durable wood. Henk Van der Jeught:
“We also construct terraces in wood, custom made, with slats that almost connect. Only 3 mm between them! You can do that with padouk or afrormosia, that kind of wood ages very nicely and has a softer texture.“
“Everything we make is custom made! We don’t know standard measurements.”
It’s obvious that the passion for woodwork has taken a hold of Henk. Recently, he quit his job as an engineer, to work at Outside Woodworks. Gino can now focus on sales and leading the men, and the projects, while his brother tasks himself with the administrative work and production drawings. Van der Jeught, Outside Woodworks, stays ahead of it’s competition by delivering specific fine accents to the woodwork, displaying an eye for the whole scope of garden plans and catering to the needs of their customers.
We always look for the perfect integration of woodwork in its environment
